Our company was founded in 2002, and firstly we did the water glass investment casting, in 2009, started silica sol process investment casting, in 2015, we added vacuum casting line. We have around 190 workers and 17 engineers, to try our best to make sure the shipping date and the quality.
With good technical support and management, the company also has fine facilities. For instance, the inner testing laboratory for testing purpose is equipped with direct-reading spectrometers, tensile testing machines, coordinate measuring machine, metallography automatic analysis machine, roundness measuring instrument and so on, guaranteeing the quality of every aspects of the casting procedure from the raw materials to the end products.

Work process: Tooling make, wax mould, shell mould, pouring, cut and grind gate, shoot blast, after treatment, testing, packaging.

Strict inspection we do during operation
1. We have specialized QC testers to check the products quality according to different customers.
2. We have IQC to check the dimensions and surface of the incoming material.
3. We have PQC to inspect full-course during the processing
4. We have FQC to inspect all the plating products from outsides and make the 100% inspection before the shipments
5. We are willing to provide with sample for quality and function testing. We are a certified firm with TS16949. Our products are excellent in quality and reasonable in price.
